I would rate this a perfect 10 as far as customer service and as far as surprising my niece!!! It all worked out great and thats what counts. I got the package quickly too even before Christmas and I ordered it really close to Christmas.

This carrige is poorly made. My girls like it because the love the barbie and the dimond castle movie. They play with it even tho it don’t stay together. It isn’t worth the money in my personal opinion. It is made about as well as a toy from the dollar store. The music is a cute feature, but too bad this carrige wasn’t made better!

Barbie.com says you have this available for $24.25, so why is it $42.24 here? Wal-mart is selling theirs for $20-

When I bought this item new for my daughters birthday I thought it was a little to pricy at Wal-Mart for 44 dollars. The prices here are ridiculas and anyone that buys at that price needs to be taken
